General

It is highly recommended that a parent/responsible adult be present during the session if the student is under 18 years old.

Pay for sessions in advance and manage payment via your check or Zelle account.

We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and an hour-long lessons.

Single Music Lessons

Please observe our 24-hour refund policy. Sessions can be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for cancellations within 24 hours of the session.

If you need to reschedule your session, just contact your teacher or vrrtuoso.

Recurring Music Lessons

Tuition for each month is a set amount based on the number of lessons scheduled for that month (so, either 4 or 5 each month depending on the month), and any lessons that will be missed should be rescheduled in advance with the instructor. Tuition is due on the first of each month. So for example, in May there might be 4 lessons (7th, 14th, 21st and 28th); if you or the instructor needs to reschedule one of them, you can work out the best reschedule time or add time to the other lessons to make up for the lost time.

As is standard for music lessons, the general rule is that lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, but unfortunately if you reschedule a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, it generally cannot be made up. If the instructor reschedules a lesson, they’re required to make it up; if the instructor repeatedly reschedules, just let us know and we’ll work it out.
